- Steve Krueger still works in the Compilers and Tools division, working
- on compilers and other tools for 68000, PowerPC, and HPPA architectures.
-
- Jim Cooper transferred from the Technical Support division to the
- Compilers and Tools division - I'm not really sure what he's working on.
-
- Khristi Tomlinson, our other Amiga support tech, also transferred from
- Technical Support to CAT. She is in charge of developer training for
- the 800 or so developers at our Cary, NC location.
-
- Jeanne Ferneyhough, the lead technical writer for V6.0 and above, is still
- working in the SAS Publications division on different documentation
- products.
-
- I have transferred from CAT to a new business unit wholly owned by SAS Institute
- called SouthPeak Productions. John Toebes, who was lead developer for
- Lattice C V4.0 and V5.0 and SAS/C V5.10, and later went on to work with Obvious
- Implementations Corp on the DICE commercial version, is back at the Institute
- and is the head of the technical side of SouthPeak. We are working with a
- team of 10 developers on an authoring system for MPEG-based multimedia
- productions and are currently based on Windows 95.
